Because of its
high resistance to corrosion, stainless steel
cable and wire rope is widely used in the environments
where minimized degrade is required despite temperature
changes, and in the salty environments where galvanizing
is not sufficient to protect the wire against
corrosion. The general grades used for stainless
steel cables and wire ropes are AISI 302, 304,
305 and 316. |

DSR uses our
long experience of designing and manufacturing
wire and rope to set a new standard of stainless
steel cable and wire rope, with the bright and
smooth wire surface, good structural stability,
flexibility, and longer fatigue life. All different
kinds of constructions of stainless steel cable
and rope from DSR are manufactured from our modernized
facility designed and built exclusively for stainless
steel wire and cable. We draw our own stainless
steel wire to ensure our quality commitments to
the customers. We use our own special treatment
for bright and smooth wire surface developed by
our own R&D Center. For better resistance
to salt corrosion, DSR now offers the cable from
AISI 329J1. We also offer Powerflex™ stainless
steel cable for leisure boat and architecture
design. |
